Parkman Recovery Now Offers Evening IOP for Males

Apr 1, 2024
Recovery
Our new IOP enables clients to fulfill work or other daytime commitments while receiving recovery services in the evening. Learn more about the details!

Parkman Recovery now offers an evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), providing recovery guidance, education and support for males who’ve stepped down from inpatient treatment or who might not require the higher level of care that inpatient treatment provides.

Parkman’s new evening IOP—covered by all the same insurance plans we accept for inpatient care—is comprised of 24 sessions that take place on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays from 5:30–8:30 pm. To further break down any barriers to engaging in this important service, we also offer transportation to and from our IOP for individuals currently in sober living.

At Parkman Recovery, we understand the crucial role that continuous engagement in treatment services plays in achieving long-term recovery from addiction. Extensive research as well as our own experience have shown that the longer an individual remains engaged in treatment services, the higher the likelihood of achieving sustained recovery. Our new evening IOP is an exciting step forward in making recovery services even more accessible to meet the needs of clients in our community.

Further, after an individual completes IOP, we offer aftercare services to build upon their recovery foundation. Aftercare—another beneficial service in our continuum of care—can consist of counseling, maintenance and peer support services that typically occur once per week (for approx. 60–90 minutes) for 12 or more weeks to provide continued encouragement and accountability.

As part of the “We Care More” family of locally owned and operated companies, Parkman Recovery is committed to providing a variety of services that can address the varying needs of clients in our community…wherever they might be in their recovery journey. The new evening IOP reflects our mission to do just that!
